Patton,

It is absurd to imply that Forest is not a team player. I have seen him at
work in his professional setting, he was elected as the main union
negotiator for his orchestra and he has also worked for me as a coach at the
Kammermusik workshops. We have invited him back because he is a great coach
AND a great team player, through and through, blessedly free from the
hangups and prima donna attitudes that beset many professional musicians.

He's spoken for himself on the Nutcracker issue and clearly he is taking his
break without compromising the team. I've enjoyed playing the bass line in
it too, but I don't know how people could play that work so much without
going nutcrackers!
