Not sure what difference it makes - but,

I would suppose it could vary (+/- 1 or 2 pages) according to the
publisher -

The Kalmus edition (as reprinted in the Orchestral Musician CD Rom set)

The 1st clarinet part of the complete ballet of the Nutcracker (Op 71) is
53 pages.

The 1st clarinet part to the Nutcracker Suite (Op. 71a) is 7 pages.
