At least in theory, you can tune overtones with a strobe tuner. As a
practical matter, other displays (needles, lights, numerical readouts of
cents sharp/flat),etc.) are much easier to read and convey all the
information necessary for the vast majority of us. And they will often fit
right inside our case!
