Sorry, I honestly didn't intend to. (I refrained from quoting other
posts so as not to inadvertedly attack someone). The "incompetence"
was specifically limited to Outlook usage where everybody appears to
be an expert. ;-)

I can feel your pain, yes. But as mentioned above, I had Outlook in
mind, not HTML mail.

FWIW I have separated mailing list accounts from business accounts,
and for the mailing lists I use gmail which is very cooperative in
this regard. (BTW I have 100 gmail account invites left, so if anyone
wants one, drop me a short note. No affiliation whatsoever...)
