Subj: RE: [kl] Music Stores in Munich, Germany

Thanks David for this information as it is very helpful.

I actually was able to find that they have a website and I have e-mailed
them to ask if I can come by their store while I am in Munich.

I also found a link on another site for a second source for sheet music
in Munich called "Noten Punkt". It's on the east side of town, but does
not look to have quite as large an inventory as Zerluth.

I also was able to find a few music stores that sell reeds doing a
Google search in German. Most of them are the larger electronic type
music stores that don't specialize in classical instruments, but they do
sell reeds.

I am particularly looking for a couple of brands of reeds that may be
worth trying. Peter Luthner, hand made reeds from Vienna, and Pflaumer
reeds from Germany.

<< For sheet music in Munich, try Zerluth. I think he also has showrooms
although he's mainly a catolog firm. He has just about everything ever
written for clarinet, flute and saxophone.
