Has anyone ever played (or even own) Liviu Rusu's Clarinet Sonata?

This was written in 1951 and published by Editura Muzicala (Romania) in 1958.

Professor Heim had a copy, but it now appears to be long out of print. I am
thinking about removing it from the Clarinet Sonata in Outline as I don't
want to mislead anyone into thinking this is readily available.
