perhaps you would have the compassion to send me kind wishes. i broke
my wrist on sunday, learning to ice skate. pain has been excruciating,
and my biggest fear is that i won't be able to play when the cast comes
off.... i know i'm not using caps - can't. hop i didn't make any
spelling mistakes.>>>

Audrey - did you break the hand that you write with?

When I was 13, I successfully mashed up my left elbow, forcing e into a cast
from my wrist to the top of my bicep for eight weeks. Pretty uncomfortable
it was. As I was left-handed, it made me considerably more awkward than the
standard-issue 13-year-old.

In the end, though, the experience pretty much made me ambidextrous. I
wouldn't suggest it as a performance enhancement, mind you, but there might
be a tiny silver lining in your cloud.

In any event, I hope you're well and tooting soon.
