Thank-you, Joseph. I do a lot of business with Office Depot, and have
heard that their Toshiba Laptops all have inputs for recording. I will
be going down there with my clarinet to check them out. I also own a
SONY mini disk recorder that has recorded many live performances with
good results. I don't know what will happen, but I am hoping that I can
find something that I can learn to use. The Toshiba Notebooks start at
$699, but one of my students got hers for $400 on sale last year. ANNIE
