Sorry this is late--been a busy week.

Steve is coming through town in his RV on his way south again.

He is known as a great oboe soloist and the inventor of the "American Scrape" for oboe. The Kalman Opperman oboe tools were a collaboration with Steve.

For several years he has been giving clinics for my students and customers when he comes through town.

All of us are playing much better and having NO (YEAH!) reed problems since he started teaching us.

Single or double reed finishing.

Cost is $100 (made out to Stephen Adelstien---not ME!) and we have to have sign ups in by the weekend. If we get enough signed up we will have the class! Location will be in Rio Del Mar, California about 8 miles south of Santa Cruz, Thursday November 17 at 7pm.

For those coming a distance there is a nice motel 1 mile from the site and right by the Rio Del Mar Beach.
