You were SUPPOSED to find it shocking and offensive. That was largely
the point of his post, and I don't think he was either disrespectful or
uncivil. It would have weakened his statement to the point of silliness
had he said "Men like making whoopee with women".

Also please note that you do not have a constitutionally guaranteed
right not to be offended.
