Blake - the other thing you might want to look at is what mouthpiece you are
using. Mouthpieces can cause the "basic pitch" to vary widely, depending on
the size of the chamber and also to a lesser degree, the height of the upper
baffle.

For bass clarinet, I can make a 440 mouthpiece, a 442 mouthpiece, or a 444
mouthpiece, depending on what blank I use and how much I take out of it -
using varying techniques.

get the 2 bridge mechanisms to touch? I am pulling out to the point that
the bridges are not meeting up. Should I just build some type of bridge
