Respectfully, as a loyal customer of Gary's over the
past year or two, I can definitely tell you from
experience that this is something that Gary actually
does do...this is to say that, as much as it doesn't
'line his pockets at the moment,' Gary does care
enough about the CUSTOMER to send them across the
street to one of his competitors if he knows that
they'll be able to get a piece that he doesn't carry
at that point in time.

When this situation happened to me, I went to that
competitor, got the piece I needed, and of course came
back to Gary. I trusted him already at that point,
but to have him refer me elsewhere where he knew I
could get the piece really was the frosting on the
cake. It told me cared that my needs were filled, not
just that his pockets were lined.

I think that this Krommer piece must be a definite
rarity for Gary to have to reach out to the list for
further suggestions. I give him credit for taking
this route.
