Umm We like to think low to high so I think I would name it the Ab/Eb
key. You play it with your left smallest finger and most clarinets
do not have this option. Am I correct?
Because it is a piece of plastic jammed into a piece of metal your
repair options are many. My choice would be to drill out the hole
and insert a more durable piece of something that I would cover the
business side with cork to dampen the clatter.

But...You will not have been the first to have experienced this
manufacturing failure. There is a replacement part available, though
probably not immediately, through your local Buffet dealer.
