I received a request today from the Rychenberg-Stiftung Foundation to
remove the copies of the Winterthur fragment (KV 621b) I had online.

Unless and until I can determine that the foundation does not have the
authority to request this action the manuscripts will have to remain
unavailable.

If you wonder how a document can be controlled 250 years after its
creation: the holder of a manuscript can insist on any terms & conditions
as regards the original's use for research.

If what I have is a freely obtainable facsimile, one that was printed but
is out of copyright, then I can put it back online, but looking at my
source material, it appears as if I have a research facsimile that would
be controlled by the Foundation.
