I think it's time to do another update to the orchestral clarinetists list

I know there have been personnel changes and also there are some orchestras
that I just never put on the list.

Now that the "back-to-school" rush is over, I'll have time to do the
maintenance.

I would be very grateful for any of you out there who would please review
the list and suggest corrections.

Right now, I am concentrating on PROFESSIONAL orchestras (those which have a
full season and pay all of their musicians). Maybe later we can do a
community orchestra, and semiprofessional orchestral list -- there are many FINE
orchestras out there that do a great job, who blend pros and community people.
But let's leave that to the next round.

Also, I would like to start adding Canadian Orchestras, which were not added
in the first round.
