Actually, it was a unilateral decision.

In our house, I keep telling myself, "I'm the boss. I'm the boss." We've
never discussed who the boss really is because I already know what her
opinion is!

Many of his horns had gold keys and jewel-encrusted bells. These may be hard
to replace. Hope he at least salvaged his favorite. I told my wife that if
we have a catastrophe, I save my horn, she saves the cats and the family
pictures!
