The soprano clarinet parts are on A clarinets, Bass clarinet is pitched in
B-flat.

BTW, the score lists the String Bass and Timpani parts as optional, although
preferred.

I'm intentionally avoiding conflict by just stating fact and not taking
sides on the legitimacy of this arrangement. Though one can only imagine
the dark tone quality of the ensemble that the Bass cl, contra bass, contra
bassoon and string bass can deliver to this particular arrangement.
