The K 622 arrangement that Michael Webster refers to is arranged by Robert
W. Rumbelow. Instrumentation is Fl 1, Fl2, Ob 1, Ob 2, Eng Hn, Cl1, Cl2, B
Cl, Contra B. Cl, Bn1, Bn2, Contra Bn, FH1 FH2, C Tpt1, CTpt2, Double Bass,
Timpani. I don't know if it is available from a publisher. I purchased
score and parts from Bill Potembaum, ensemble librarian at the Eastman
School a very long time ago.

A note in the foreword:

"Each movement if this concerto appears as an individual entity. Programing
of the entire work is very demanding and should be reserved for the most
appropriate situations. The combination of the second and third movements
provide a pleasurable offering, as well as programing the first movement
alone. All three movements are in the same 18th Cedntruy Harmoniemusik
style and utilize the same instrumentation. Movements 1 and 2 are
transcribed by Robert W. Rumbelow. Movement 3 is transcribed by John
Clanton and edited by Mr. Rumbelow."

I've never played nor heard this arrangement, but it has received very good
reviews from those who have. The orchestration, though obviously not the
original, is in an 18th century style. I'm not sure if the Harmoniemusic
statement in the foreword is correct since my understanding of this
instrumentation does not involve English horn, Bass Clarinet, Contra bass
clarinet, trumpets or timpani.

This version of the concerto is pitched in the original key of A major.
