Probably. Note that the MS means it is a manuscript so no one has ever
gone to the trouble to typeset the parts.

Someone on the list should know more about this and perhaps will respond in
24 hours. You might also post on the clarinet bulletin board at
woodwind.org and try searching the archives (although I find this sort of
thing very difficult to find because of what will be many references to
Artie Shaw).
