I'm pretty sure we have a concert or military band arrangement in our
band's library. I don't remember much about it and I'm not at all
sure how well it reflects the real thing in that I know the solo part
is photocopy of hand-written, so I assume all the parts are
hand-written. I will see if I can find out more tomorrow evening, if
you like ...
