John,
I've been getting fake books from our public library. Besides the obvious
advantage of being free, you can look through the books to see what songs
are included. When we've had "music parties", I've just taken out several
copies of the same books so everyone doesn't have to try to read off the
same book.
I think Hal Leanord also has a "Torch Songs" fake book that I think includes
some of the songs you've mentioned. I'll check the next time I go to the
library!
