If you're in Europe and can't find them in a local store, I would
recommend Howarth's in London: http://www.howarth.uk.com/ which stocks
them & does a good mail order service.

The US stores are OK if you live in the US but despite their
monikers---e.g. "International" music suppliers---they are not really
practical elsewhere. I once wanted to order some reeds from IMS and
they wanted to charge me $40 for shipping ... !
