Bart,

I use on my Buffet Crampon RC Eb a Vandoren B44 mouthpiece with a cut down
Steuer german-cut Bb reed. I played Shos 8 on my Eb lately (a really lovely
score for an Eb clarinet player if you like it (written Ab''' and G''' at
ffff, such things)). This combination gave me a lot of power.

I share this instrument with two professionals who sometimes need to play it
and they use the same combination! Other reeds don't work as well as the
Steuers.

regards,
Ruud
