OK. Have you saved & closed the file since this unfortunate accident?
If not, you should be able to go to the "Edit" menu, get hold of the
"undo/redo lists", and select to undo all the actions that resulted in
this cock-up. If not, I don't know what to do.
Best thing is to go to the Finale tech support forums on the
http://www.finalemusic.com/ website and ask there. :-)
