Dionysus, you might want to put down your glass of Kool-Aid and take a
look at the following document. It's a copy of the Louisiana Governor's
August 28th request to the idiot in the White House who did nothing for
a nearly a week thereafter, asking that he declare an "expedited major
disaster for the State of Louisiana" and also requesting "federal
assistance for work and services to save lives and protect property."
