So, should we prohibit building there? How about in Florida or the
many other southern states threatened by hurricanes? While we are at,
it should we prohibit people from building on the banks of the
Mississippi or other rivers where flooding is a problem? How about in
California, with the threat of earthquakes, mudslides and wildfires?
What about the midwest states with the threat of tornados?
