Appears to be selling at least one copy of Book 2. Oh, he wants $250 CDN.

I am curious how you know there is no hope of it getting reissued? It would
seem that any book someone is hoping to sell for $250 CDN has to have
*some* kind of market (unless the Canadian dollar has taken a massive
plunge and no one told me), but I well know how often that is lost on large
publishing companies.
