In my case, I really don't care if google presents my entire
book. Originally, when the book first came out, it was available
in electronic formal for $6, as contrasted with hard copy at
$19.95 for $29.95 for hard cover. No one buys electronic copies
of fiction novels because they are hard to read. So my publisher
cancelled the electronic copy and now sells only hard copy.

If someone wants to read through google's presentation of my
book, I don't mind. They'll get so unhappy with the electronic
form that they might buy the hard copy form.

A terrible lie has been circulated, namely that there are living
clarinet players who have not read my book. Knowing the love and
affection my playing brethren have for good fiction about K. 622
and K. 581, I can only presume that such a calumny was begun by a
Communist/Fascist/Right and Left wing conspiracy.
