Seems fairly explicit to me. I do hope Dan wont sue me for electronically
reproducing his copyright notice (which I copied from Google Print). I do
believe *my* use fits under the fair use definition. But I'm not a
lawyer.>>>

I am. It does.

The fact that one can get the entire book by hacking the system - and not a
particularly difficult hack if two clarinetists can independently figure it
out - may be a legal difficulty in the program. See
