btw - Google Print only shows about 3-5 pages of each book. However, it was
very easy to figure out how to see every page in the books.

Dan Leeson - name a page in your book the Mozart Forgeries (and whatever
line) and I'll quote you a sentence from it.
So even though they make it "appear" that they didn't scan the entire book,
they sure did!
((So Dan, now go sue them for millions and write more books with it :)
