It's difficult to classify clarinetists, since I've been one for so
long. They just seem as normal as musicians get.

However, after being on the IDRS board for a year, I have noticed that
oboists are definitely quicker to take offense. Remarks that would go
unnoticed on Klarinet raise a spray of protests. One orchestral
principal oboist was quick to criticize other posters, but when a few
remarks were directed his way, he quit in a huff and hasn't come back.

The bassoonists are more laid-back, but even they seem to take things
personally and hold grudges.
