David - it ought to happen. No excuses.

It's called customer service and I thought American were supposed to be
good at it. Indeed, New York apart, they have been in my experience.

If that is the approach of WWBW, why on earth does anyone buy from them?

Jacob - nope, that probably won't happen. Be glad that it's still under
warranty. You should consider getting the Alteri "Cozie"

http://www.altieribags.com/ww_accessories.html - it will keep your
Clarinet
from cooling down too rapidly. When I'm teaching I use the Cozie as well
as
a Hagerty Silver Keeper (anti tarnish bag) which I put the Cozie over
the
Clarinet and the Silver Keeper bag over it all. I have a large size
24x30
bag and it fits right over the top of it all. Prevents tarnish as well
as
the Clarinet from cooling down too quickly.
