For those who aren't familiar, he performed and recorded various
clarinet and sax and keyboard parts on a Macintosh, and he mixed them
himself --- hence the title "Me, Myself, and I". The "16" refers to
the number of parts, not the number of tracks. The CD liner says 10 Bb
parts and 4 bass clarinet parts and an unstated number of saxophone
parts, plus other people in a 3-piece rhythm section. Somehow this
adds up to 16.

It's fun to listen to.
