Some of the Ridenour suggestions work a lot better than some of the others
(at least on an R-13 with my set-up).
In particular, his suggestions #1, #2 and #6 seems to be ok, but not great.
3 other choices, not in the Ridenour book, which for me are all better than
his suggestions are:
TR oox / oox Ab/Eb
TR oox + lower side keys 3 and 4 / ooo
TR oxo / oxo Ab/Eb
Perhaps he'll include them in his next revision :-)
