Hi all!

I am in need of a more reliable fingering for high
(written) D (6 ledger lines above the staff). I have
Tom Ridenour's book of altissimo fingerings and have
found one fingering that is fair but I'm hoping to
find something that is a little more likely to produce
that pitch (or something in the immediate vicinity
:-).

Any suggestions?
