It comes to my mind that I once have seen a concerto for two cl. and
orchestra by Hoffmeister, in piano reduction.

The next step is to actually start looking at books of clarinet
literature. Are there any standardly accepted listings of the
literature, books that clarinet players predominantly use for such

There is an excellent list in the book "Clarinet Technique", by Frederick
Thurston. This book is still available I think: I saw it only about a month
ago in my regular sheet music store.
There are also lists in "Th Clarinet" by the late Jack Brymer, this one is
rather small, and in Rendall's book "The Clarinet". Neither lists, however
duets with piano- or orchestral accompiment.
Good luck
