The Israeli composer Daniel Galai wrote a book of Klezmer Music for clariner. He also has a concerto for clarinet and
clarinet choir (in Jewish style).
I will call him and see how we can sent you the music.
I will also sent you a copy of a very nice suite of Russian folk songs by Boris Pigovat.
