I don't know what Buffet puts in its key oil, but repair techs I've
used have all recommended Nye Clock Oil, which works well. Clock oil
apparently is made to be exposed to air without separating and becoming
gummy.

Doctor's Clarinet Products makes key oil that works well, too. Comes
with a convenient needle applicator.
