Mea culpa. I thought "alto" meant "alto sax." Since I'm currently
practicing on both, I guess I slipped into "doubler's mindset." We
finally got into the 100's in Fresno this week, and it does kind of fry
the brain. Amazingly similar to the effect of below-zero temps in the
winter in the Northeast.
At any rate - anybody have any comments on making reed tips match
mouthpiece tips - on ANY single-reed woodwind?
