Subj: [kl] Clarinet repair question

Who do you think is the best clarinet repairman out there? On a sidenote I just
got a new Bb r13 that is just about perfect except I'm noticing a strange
buzzing sound behind certain notes like the long B and throat e and g right
above the fifth stave. A fellow clarinet who was listening said he thought it
emanated from the register key and that he had a similar problem at one point.
He couldn't answer what caused it though so I'm asking if any of you might have
had a similar experience or know what causes it exactly and how to fix the
problem. The clarinet overall is too good for me to swap it for another so I
have to find a fix for this. Thanks
