Hear, hear! Rob, not everyone wants to use a computer. They want basic
internet and email, and NOTHING more. There's no need to be a techno-snob.
Is it perfect? No. But it's less hassle if you don't want to bother with
the hassles of maintaining a computer. And yes, compared to WebTV, it *is*
a hassle to maintain a computer for many people.
