If the B natural (a 12th below) is not sharp, you can have the tone hole
altered to help the pitch. If the B is very sharp (as I suspect) the fix will
involve altering the bore of the upper joint. This must be done very carefully,
slowly, and patiently, as it will affect other notes as well.
