I wrote one last summer, and if you go to my website, specifically

download the score for free. That way you can decide if you like it.

For the record, Wilson Osborne, composer of the Rhapsodie (for solo basson,
transcribed and very often played on clarinet), has an E on the end of his
name.

In addition to the fine recommendations by everyone else, I highly
encourage you to check out the music of Eric Mandat: Folk Songs being his
most popular solo clarinet work, but he also has "Preludes: Book 1",
"Tricolor Capers", "Etude for Barney", and "The Jungle".
