Off the top of my head: Boulez, "Domaines"; Stockhausen, "In
Freundschaft" (one of several); Scelsi, "Preghiera per'un ombra",
"Ixor", and the "Tre studi" (the last is for Eb); Denisov, "Sonata";
Lachenmann, "Dal niente"; John Cage, "Sonata" and the clarinet solo from
the "Concert for piano and orchestra" (which can be bought separately);
and (though it's bloody hard) Dillon, "Crossing Over". There's also a
nice little piece by Penderecki but I can't remember the name.

There are plenty of others---Rehfeldt's "New Directions for Clarinet"
and the contemporary music chapter of the Cambridge Companion to the
Clarinet give plenty of suggestions. There's also a wide literature for
solo bass clarinet if you have a bass and that's suitable for your
purposes. If you feel like a real challenge, try Brian Ferneyhough's
"Time and Motion Study I" ... !

Hope this helps,

-- Joe
