Hi everyone,

I recently got a suspicious email from a supposed
mother of a youngster coming to stay for several
months and looking to start lessons. There were odd
non-sequiturs to do with place and names that made me
wary, but when she wanted me to front money to buy her
"son" an instrument all was clear. I've since gotten a
second one of these phony emails (it mentioned
'guiter' lessons!) but watch out, the musical
community is obviously getting targeted by more
sophisticated and specific scammers.
