If you meant "Pennsylvania Dutch" country, that's really a
mispronunciation of "Pennsylvania Deutsch" (Pennsylvania Germans) or one
of the other reasons for the derivation (there are more theories on how
the name came about) but they're of German descent, not Dutch. The Dutch
settled primarily in New York (New Amsterdam).
