I bought one because my brothers play guitar and my stepsister and her
husband play violin and guitar - it makes it so much easier to jam at
Christmas time and other musical get-togethers. No transposing, no fuss,
no mess. I couldn't justify the nice RC Prestige version, so I bought
the intermediate E-11 version, works just fine for the casual use I get
out of it. I also tried the Noblet C45 and Patricola CL-3, but for the
price and sound I stuck with the Buffet. I even subbed a couple of
weeks ago for our missing oboe player in concert band. ;-)
