Keith's advice is good. Reed first (reed adjustments by hairlines only),
then mouthpiece placement. I think it's probably a combination of the two and if
you don't have a teacher sitting next to you to help you adjust while you're
working on the piece, it's hard to figure out where to go. Next come the pads
and other adjustments.
