Hailstork's Simple Caprice (NOT SIMPLE) for Clarinet & Piano- he also
has Three Smiles for Tracy (clarinet alone) and I see from his catalog:

Sonata for Trumpet (or Clarinet) and String Orchestra (1996)
Available from the Presser Rental Library
Premiere Information: Orbert Davis, Trumpet, Chicago Park District’s
South Shore Cultural Center, November 16, 2000
Available Separately:
Solo Part with Piano Reduction (#114-41090)
Solo Part (#114-41090A)

AND
Crystal for Clarinet and Harp
Available From Composer

DISCLAIMERS: Dr. Hailstork is one of my favorite people. I have also
worked for him proofreading etc... I love 20th century music and would
like to see everyone playing more of it. I am not familiar with the
Sonata or Crystal. AND- did I mention: SIMPLE CAPRICE IS NOT SIMPLE!

Best Wishes,
Anne
