There is always the Artie Shaw Clarinet Concerto. It is a bit rangey
(altissimo C), but other than that pretty easy. The Mel Bay Jazz
Clarinet book, and Jazz Clarinet by Bill Smith are good method books.
If you are looking to learn to improvise, then you can go with some
of the Jamey Abersold books. If you already can improvise well, the
do Concerto for Clarinet and Combo by Bill Smith. You can find a
recording on the Album Shelly Man and his Men II. Its aout 20 minutes
long.
